Current Scheduled Events: SNIP Clinic Day Thursday March 18th, 2010 6:00 AM until 06:45 AM Location: Grayson County Humane Society/SPCA (270) 230-8839 Map: 213 William Thomason Byway Leitchfield KY 42754 This is our semimonthly low-cost spay and neuter clinic. Prices are $60 for dog spays, $40 for cat spays, $45 for dog neuters, $35 for cat neuters, and $7 for a rabies vaccine. Drop off is at the shelter from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM and you can pick your pet(s) back up at the shelter the following day anytime after 10:00 AM. Space is limited, so please contact us if you'd like to reserve an appointment for your pet. Pre-payment must be done at least five days in advance. Pet Walk in the Park Saturday May 22nd, 2010 9:00 AM until 02:00 PM Location: Leitchfield City Park (Beville Park) Map: Leitchfield KY Come out and get some exercise and have fun while doing it! Walk, play, hang around, and help support the shelter. Activities will include the distribution of pet care information and literature (possibly with the aid of pet training demonstrations - more details to follow), meeting other local pet owners, children's games, and face painting. Concessions will also be available, including hot dogs, chips, baked goods (cookies, brownies, etc) and drinks. $15 registration fee per pet. All proceeds will benefit the pets in the care of the Grayson County Humane Society.
