Hi, my name is Butters, a boy orange tabby kittycat (short coat), three years old. I came into the shelter from Dewitt Park, gaunt and skinny and with deep-set eyes and weighing all of four and a half pounds. Beneath my lovely orange fur there lies a boy but a paw's width away from starvation. Well, the volunteers buttered me up with the coolest kitty cuisine this side of heaven. I ate and I ate 'til I could eat no more. They asked if I could take a break while they shot my video, and I said "no thankee" with my mouth quite full. I've got no meat on them bones, and I've got to get caught up in the chowing down department. But I know what side my bread's buttered on, so when I'm not eaten', I'm lovin' on the volunteers. I am sweet and I am a lover, and I put my head in their hands. I purr and I rub on them and they can see from the look in my eyes, that I adore them like love demands. I'm as smooth as butter, and ready to obey all their commands. Once I from privation retreat, I'll be ready to land on my sweet kitty feet. And I'll have my neuter without skipping a beat. So please get yourself down to this kitty hotel at the edge of town, and you'll be met with love and never a frown. See you soon I hope! Love Butters
