Hi, my name is Morgan (previously referred to as "no name cat") a rather chunky black kittycat (DSH), we'll say two years old (in December 09). There was a special call-out of the animal control officer by this rather strident female citizen who claimed a fat pregnant female cat was lurking around her house (probably thinking of a way to get into her house to have the kittens in her laundry basket). Well, no, good citizen, I'm just a weight-challenged male, and I have been been neutered too. No, I haven't been working out too much lately though, so perhaps someone could give me a gift certificate for the gym for Christmas. In the meantime, I rather fancy I look like that Adonis, Sinjin, who used to be in the shelter (perhaps lacking his svelte boyish figure). Well, I have to thank Supreme Cat Lady for being at the shelter to receive me and for getting me unstuffed from the trap and for finding me comfortable digs here. Speaking of which, this place is just too darn crowded for my liking (and where we all have limited time, gulp), so how about sending for me asap. The members of the Black Cat Society will be proud to see one of their own do well, and I have grown rather fond of these fine girls and boys in my short stay here. ("Short stay" being the key words, of course). I did say I was neutered didn't I? And I did say I've grown very fond of wet food, don't you recall? I am a friendly lug, and I'll do you proud, so come by soon please.
