About Sally Jo
Status: This animal is no longer shown on this website.
Hi, my name is Sally Jo, a small black girl kittycat (short coat), about one year old (in December 09). I was trapped near the Educational Ladder, which is kind of a pre-school for those not familiar with such things. I didn't get much of an education there though, but instead I got a broken leg. The nice volunteers took me to the kittycat doctor, and they said they couldn't fix my leg so they had to take it off. It hurts me a lot, but the kind cat lady stroked me and cooed to me and that made me feel better. Some of the other black cats from the Black Cat Society came to visit me. They said, don't worry sweet Sally Jo. You are a beautiful girl with your beautiful coat of black and your lovely long tail, and you will get better. Then someone will want to take you home and love you for the rest of your life. Those words made me feel better, though I know there are far too many kitties like me here, and they can't give us too much time. Do you think you would like to take me home? I can come when my leg is all better. I had my spay too, so you won't have to worry about that. Please come soon and help me. I will love you for always. Love, Sally Jo
